Regional Colleges Visit Program is one of the four programs of SSVP！It is especially suitable for students who don't want to be too far away from home, or like a state or a city. All the universities in the program is about 20 visits. There are various types of these schools in local or neighboring states, including state-level comprehensive public universities, private universities, small liberal arts colleges, and regional universities!

Different from other programs, the scope of this program is relatively small. So the school's initial pick-up service can be provided according to the contract. In principle, the starting point is the school with the largest number of applicants. Students who sign up independently need to be sent to the starting point by their parents. Of course, we provide free airport pick-up for students arriving by plane from other States!

In principle, one symposium will be arranged for the program！Usually there will be one. The symposium includes dinner together, on-site explanation, group discussion and other projects. Students can get many of the school's latest secrets from the school elders. In general, the symposium is arranged near the largest public university in the state.

Generally about 2 weeks! The first day is the gathering day. Students need to gather at the place of departure. Then go to the airport to pick up the distant applicants. From the next day, the school visit officially began. On the last day, that is return to the place of departure, and the program officially ends. The bus will send the students who need to take the flight to the airport by free! Of course, the specific schedule needs to be determined according to the contract.

Since the whole trip is nearly three weeks, you need to change clothes neatly and sufficiently. Of course, American hotels basically have self-service laundry service. In addition, EETC will provide up to 5 polo shirts per person. You'd better take some OTC! Of course, valid documents must be carried at all times. International students must have a valid passport and a valid visa.

According to the contract with the school, the form of payment is at the discretion of the school and the client. In general, the school will charge the fees uniformly. Then the school and EETC will hand over. Some Chinese students who do not have enough cash can also be paid by their parents through the official website. We have opened Alipay and WeChat payment to facilitate customers to pay in China.

Hotels and restaurants are usually arranged. Generally, it is determined by the contract with the school. Hotels are generally famous chain brands. We usually plan according to the three-star level and ask the hotel to provide breakfast. To lunch and dinner, usually in the traveling restaurant. It could be fast food, Chinese food or buffet.

Generally, only emergency contact services are included. As the U.S. hospitals are postpaid non-profit organizations, in case of an emergency, the customers need to deal with the aftermath by themselves. The above problems are generally implemented in accordance with the contract.

It is generally recommended to start planning 3 months in advance. As summer is the peak season for school visit, the schedule is relatively tight.
