Why does the summer school visit projects include different programs?

Every student's comprehensive ability is different. Their expectations of applying to school in the future are also different!So they want to visit different schools. So the summer school visit projects (SSVP) need include different programs to adapt to different groups of students. At present, EETC has four temporary programs.

What is AAU Visit Program?

AAU Visit Program is one of the four programs of SSVP!It is especially suitable for students whose grades are between 10% and 30%. All the universities in the program are members of AAU, with a total of about 25 visits. Most of them are top-level public universities in each state. These schools especially favor excellent Chinese students. And one of their advantages is low tuition!

Where does the Program usually start?

The program usually starts from three areas!They are Washington, D.C., New York or Boston in the East Coast; Los Angeles or San Francisco in the West Coast; and Chicago in the Great Lakes. In principle, the group starts from the nearest main starting point. Of course, the school's initial pick-up service can be provided according to the contract.

What is Alumni Forum and On-Site Learning?

In principle, four symposiums will be arranged for the program!Generally, New York, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco will arrange one time respectively. The symposium includes dinner together, on-site explanation, group discussion and other projects. Students can get many of the school's latest secrets from the school elders.

How long is the total duration of the program?

Generally about 19 days! The first day is the gathering day. Students need to gather at the place of departure. From the next day, the school visit officially began. On the last day, that is, the 19th day, return to the place of departure, and the program officially ends.

What is the general route?

The route of the east coast of the United States is basically a big triangle. The three peaks are Washington, D.C., Chicago and Boston. It passes through Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. West America is basically confined to California.

What do travelers need to carry with them?

Since the whole trip is nearly three weeks, you need to change clothes neatly and sufficiently. Of course, American hotels basically have self-service laundry service. In addition, EETC will provide up to 5 polo shirts per person. You'd better take some OTC! Of course, valid documents must be carried at all times. International students must have a valid passport and a valid visa.

What is the payment procedure of the project cost?

According to the contract with the school, the form of payment is at the discretion of the school and the client. In general, the school will charge the fees uniformly. Then the school and EETC will hand over. Some Chinese students who do not have enough cash can also be paid by their parents through the official website. We have opened Alipay and WeChat payment to facilitate customers to pay in China.

What is the transportation plan of the team in America?

There are generally two kinds of vehicles: plane and bus. East America and West America span three time zones. So the journey across the East and west coast is generally by air. For intra-state or trans-state travel in a certain region, luxury buses are basically used. For bus, we will hire the company with the best security history. They are required to arrange the most experienced and skilled drivers.

What are the characteristics of group travel accommodation?

Hotels and restaurants are usually arranged. Generally, it is determined by the contract with the school. Hotels are generally famous chain brands. We usually plan according to the three-star level and ask the hotel to provide breakfast. To lunch and dinner, usually in the traveling restaurant. It could be fast food, Chinese food or buffet.

What other added services are there in the project?

How long does the project need to be planned in advance?

It is generally recommended to start planning 3 months in advance. As summer is the peak season for school visit, the schedule is relatively tight.
